First Sunday Breakfast

Join us on Sunday March 2nd for our next First Sunday Breakfast at 9am between services. Chef Jose will ship up one of his mouthwatering meals with Cheesy Eggs, Bacon, Blintzes and more! Bring your Family and Friends!

Shrove Tuesday (3/4/2025) For Shrove Tuesday we will have a Pancake Supper at 6pm in the Rowland Davis Hall, please join us, no sign-up necessary.

Ash Wednesday (3/5/2025) Then on Ash Wednesday we will have the traditional Ash Wednesday Liturgy at Noon. Please join us for both of these events.

Thursdays during Lent

Lenten Study Group

Christ Church will begin a New Bible Study Group onThursday, March 6^th at 4pm in the Community Room of CEC. Please join Daniel Walker and Eric Pelander for this insightful Study. Any, and All, are invited to attend, bring family and friends. Books will be available for purchase ($12) beginning Sunday, February 9^th, please see Daniel. You are encouraged to read the Introductory Sections of the book prior to the first meeting. There will be five meetings with a conclusion on Thursday, April 3rd. There will also be summary meetings on Sundays between services (9am). Father Bill will be on hand to add his thoughts and expertise.

Fellowship Chair aka Party Planner

The search is over! Ash Farrington has graciously accepted the position of Chairman of Fellowship, along with Donna Rowlands as her trusty 2nd Chair. Let’s all thank them for their service to our Church!

Feed My Sheep

WE WOULD LIKE ALL PARISHINORS TO BRING ITEMS THIS SUNDAY (DURING FIRST SUNDAY BREAKFAST) TO DONATE TO FEED MY SHEEP! ITEMS MAY BE DROPPED IN THE BOX UNDER THE COAT RACK IN THE NARTHEX.

Feed my Sheep is in need of Adult & Childrens Gloves, Mittens and Hand Warmers. Please donate any spares that you may have; buy some; or donate financially. If you are donating financially, please make your checks out to Feed My Sheep and drop them off with Leslie in the Office.

Wish List

Christ Church currently has many on-going projects as well as items that we wish for. Given that we are likely facing a large deficit for 2025, our need is greater than ever! Many of these are for the Church Building and Maintenance. Please see the list of items needed on the table in the Narthex and consider donating this Christmas Season. Family Night Out:

We would love your input to help us plan for our winter “FNO”s. Your suggestions will help us create enjoyable evenings for all . Please contact Joy: (970) 379-2042

Fellowship host policy change :

Instead of scheduling someone each week to provide goodies for coffee hour, we ask that you bring something to share. Let’s say you were at an event on Friday or Saturday night and have left over cookies or other goodies, bring them to share on Sunday morning after the service you attended!
