Lectio Divina means “Divine Reading” and is an ancient way of praying with the scriptures. It is not designed to be an academic study of scripture, but a way to allow the word of God to wash over you and speak to you, and to the group. A passage of scripture is read four different times, with a different question posed each time. We will reflect on one of the scriptures for the upcoming Sunday, so it is one way to prepare for Sunday’s worship. And… your insights might end up in Peter’s sermon!
